This home was affected by storm damage within the last two years.
We tore off a standard builder grade 3-tab shingle and replaced this homeowners roofing system with a FREE upgraded Class 3 IR shingle. We also upgraded her underlayment to a synthetic felt and her ridges to a high profile ridge at no extra cost to the homeowner.
Ice and watershield intstalled at all the penetrations, and when we stripped down to the decking we found rotted out decking, and we replaced those three sheets of decking at no extra cost to the homeowner!
