This project started by tearing off the old 25 yr shingle, which was installed improperly, we went back with TAMKO Stormfighter Flex Class 4 shingles. During the tear-off, we found several rotted areas that needed replacing. As well as a large problem that probably accounted for a lot of the inside leak problems that this home was having.
This home now was a 20 year Manufacturers Warranty as well as a 15 year system warranty. Thanks to TAMKO!
